A drawing for the 2005 quilt was held on
December 8, 2005! Congratulations Deb Wilcoxen who had the lucky winning ticket!
Tickets can no longer be requested for this drawing as of midnight on December 3, 2005.
Thanks for your interest!
The remainder of this site will be left up to serve as a reference point for next year.
A $5 donation was appreciated per ticket, but the bigger your donation, the greater your chance to own this lovely quilt! For instance, if you donated $25, you received 6 tickets. If you donated $50, you received 13!
100% of the money raised, all $2,655, went to Ratbone Rescues, a non-profit rescue organization that saves the lives of Rat Terriers in need across the nation. Their website is www.ratbonerescues.com. If you're looking for a lifetime of love and devotion, visit them and you might just find your new best friend!
Your donations are tax deductible since Ratbone Rescues, Inc. is a registered 501c3 organization.

Thanks for checking back with us...you don't want to miss your chance to own next year's beautiful quilt, not to mention the fact that you'll be helping to save the lives of loving little dogs that are in need of your help!
I'll leave this bottom part of the website up, but these things are more for illustration as to how the project came together than anything else.
Hey guys and gals! We're on our way to helping Ratbone Rescues again this year with another quilt project! Ratbone's website is www.ratbonerescues.com. If you're looking for a life filled with love and dedication, be sure to take a peek at some of the wonderful dogs that they have available. You never know, you might just find the love of your life there!
Please contact me at misyoung@insightbb.com should you have any questions about the quilt. Updates will be posted as they become available.
The center medallion of our 2005 quilt looks great! Jan Queijo, who's website www.crazydoglady.com illustrates her unique talent for making portrait quilts, wall-hangings and pillows that look exactly like the photos of the animals supplied by their owners...right down to the freckles on their legs, was kind enough to donate her time and efforts to help us in our endeavor to make this year's quilt a success. Here is a picture of the block she so generously donated!
Thanks, Jan! It looks great!
